Refund Policy

Reservations may be held up to 10 days without deposit but priority will be given to deposited reservations in the event of multiple requests for the same date and berth.
25% deposit required within 10 days to confirm your reservation balance due 60 days prior to departure date. 

We will endeavour to notify clients when a payment is due but reserve the right to cancel any confirmed reservation without notice and without refund on any account that is past due.

Cancellations received 12 months or more prior to departure date are fully refundable less an administration fee of $100 per berth OR may be transferred to a new booking without any administration fee. Note that transferred deposits may only be applied as a credit towards final payment. 

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by our office.

Cancellations received within 9 months of departure date are non-refundable unless the ship sails full on departure in which case an administration fee of $100 per berth will still apply.

We highly recommend the purchase of trip insurance.
